  للاسف الشديد حضرنا انا وزوجتي قبل الاغلاق بساعة تقريبا كان الازعاج بتظيف وترتيب الطاولات لا يطاق وسبب ازعاج شديد لنا وكذلك لا تقدم كل الخدمات من اطباق او سكاكين الا بطلب للاسف تجربة غير موفقة لنا ومماطلة في اختيار الطاولة وعدم تنظيفها

  Our first time in London! Zizzi was the best! Betty served us and she was amazing, the best possible service🙏🥰 Food was great and also the food for our baby was super nice!

  Honestly such a lovely experience today. I came with my friend and her little boy, who has additional needs, and the staff were genuinely so kind and accommodating from start to finish. We don’t always get this kind of reception when eating out, so it really meant a lot to us. Beti was amazing, so smiley, warm and friendly the whole time. She really went above and beyond to accommodate us and made us feel completely comfortable and welcome. The manager, Saverie, was also brilliant. He was so understanding and accommodating towards the little boy’s needs and made a real effort to make sure he was happy and comfortable throughout our visit. We’ve been here a few times before, but the kindness and care shown by Beti and Saverie today really stood out. Thank you both so much, we’ll definitely be back!

  There was only 2 girls on the floor on busy Sunday lunchtime, they were doing their best, but couldn't cope... the food came barely warm, a lot of other clients complained a lot. It wasn't best eating experience, but the stars are for the serving girls...

  We recently visited Zizzi on Wigmore Street and had a really nice experience. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, and the staff were friendly from the start. We had a voucher for a free garlic bread, which was a great bonus. The garlic bread was fresh, nicely seasoned, and had a perfect balance of crispness and softness—definitely a great starter. For the main, we ordered pizza, and it did not disappoint. The base was light and well-cooked, with a good texture, and the toppings were fresh and full of flavour. Everything tasted well-prepared and satisfying. Service was smooth overall, and the staff made sure we were comfortable throughout the meal. The combination of good food, a nice atmosphere, and the added value from the voucher made the visit even more enjoyable. Overall, a very positive experience—we’d happily visit again!
